We proudly support our local community’s workforce by offering select apartment homes through our Attainable Housing Program, designed for individuals or families whose income is less than 80% of the area median income. Once you’ve found your household size in the Total Occupants column, verify that your household’s total gross annual income does not exceed the amount in the 50%, 60% or 80% Maximum Household Housing Income column
